All of the “double bed” rooms have been booked at the Sheraton. There are still some “king bed” rooms and a limited number of roll-a-way beds available. You must inform the hotel that you need the roll-away-bed for a roomate(s) at the time of your booking. You will not be charged for the roll-away-bed. Beds are first come first ordered, and are limited.

We have made arrangements with a nearby hotel, The Holiday Inn (a five minute walk from the Sheraton, and brief shuttle ride), has “double bed” rooms available. The rate is $129 USD per night plus tax, single, double, triple, or quad. However this rate is ONLY inclusive of the meal plan. You must provide our group name, OA Region 6, to receive this rate. The meal package is $145 per person, and will be paid directly to the Sheraton. The hotel will only hold these rooms only until September 22nd. So we advise you to book immediately, which can be done online here Holiday Inn Burlington or by telephone at 802-863-6363.

The same reservation terms apply for the Holiday Inn as do the Sheraton. Please refer to the convention website for details.

Did you know that Region 6 maintains a list of speakers willing to do service at your events? People who sign up, and there are
3 pages of names on the list, must have one year of continuous abstinence, and be actively involved with OA. This is a nice resource. Because of all the personal contact information on the list, we don’t post this to the website.
