- The registration fee is $60 USD and is available April 16 through October 18
- Walk-in registration is $75 and will be available at the registration desk

Hotel

- Single and double rooms are $169 per night plus tax
- Book by October 4 to guarantee the group rate

Meals
- Friday night buffet dinner – $50 USD (all taxes and service charges are included)
- Saturday night banquet buffet dinner – $65 USD (all taxes and service charges are included)
- Meal tickets must be purchased by October 16; they are non-refundable if purchased October 11 or later
- Your purchase can be refunded by October 11 with a $10 USD service charge
- You may transfer your meal tickets to another person at any time
