If you’ve never been to a convention before, see what you’ve been missing!

Early bird registration

For 3 weeks only, beginning on Sunday October 27 at 5:00pm until Monday November 18 at midnight, you can register at the early bird price of $50 USD plus Ticketleap fees. After that time, registration closes until January 1, 2025 when it will reopen at $70 USD plus Ticketleap fees.

Register

  • Note that your registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. Region 6 appreciates your donation!
  • The Early bird registration cost is $50 USD plus Ticketleap fees and is available starting at 5pm on October 27 and ending at midnight on November 18

Hotel

  • The convention will be held at the Hyatt Regency in Rochester, New York. Hotel information will be available January 1, 2025.

  • Information and pricing on meals will be available in January 2025.
