The region’s policy manual gives the Web and Pub Committee three main purposes:
- To provide media summarizing the events of each R6 Assembly. Typically, this appears as a post on this website titled “Assembly Bites.”
- To publicize, describe, and identify OA activities within Region 6. This website has a calendar for this purpose, and members are allowed to post flyers and other information to it. The calendar also gives dates for the annual convention, each of the two annual assemblies, and deadlines related those events and scholarships to attend OA events.
- To publish and disseminate a newsletter via the R6 website and email. The region maintains a blog with news of events and the work that Region 6 does. If you want to receive email about retreats, workshops, and other region news, you can subscribe here
