The bylaws committee filed this report in advance of the Spring 2025 Assembly. Its goals are to update its committee procedures, and to ensure R6 has a prodcedure for proposing and submitting motions and amendments.

The bylaws committee is working toward completing its review of former trustee liaison Beth B’s edits to the Policies and Procedures Manual, and intends to complete that work this year. Newsletter may be published less frequently
New members of the Web & Pub Committee joined with returnees to discuss committee topics. One possibility discussed was that the Messenger would be published four times a year, instead of monthly. Meg D. agreed to act as secretary at the Spring Assembly to present the committee’s report.
Convention manual update
The Assembly/Convention committee embarked on a review of the Region’s manual for putting on its annual convention. Officers were also chosen. The committee filed this report during the afternoon session of the Fall 2023 Assembly on Sept. 23 in Albany, N.Y., U.S.:
